.and you have V10 and V9 shut down when you access CmContainer, correct? Try a full system shutdown and restart, then go directly to CmContainer.
If that fails, try this. If you have Launch installed, click the Advanced button and click on the red X. Then access CmContainer and click Process, then stop and restart it again.
If you do not have Launch, try clicking on the toolbox icon on the V9 shortcut bar. Click Internal Items Delete 2020 Reg, and click YES (Note: this will reset all your FilePreferences settings back to default). Now try the CmContainer steps again. If this fails, all I can suggest would be to contact 2020 Support. (CmContainer worked fine for me.) If you do get a solution to this problem, please post it and let us know what worked for you. The only 2 choices I have under Tools is CmDust & CodeMeter Command Prompt. I have gone into the CodeMeter Control Center and have been trying the Stop & Start there.

Is there suppose to be something listed under the License tab? Mine doesn't show anything. I just learned of V10 via an email where I had to help test something with our programmer so the tech support person told me about. I thought it was strange I had heard of any announcement yet. They must be keeping it under wraps for awhile since they're are obviously having so many issues. I guess I'll have to wait to hear back from him on my V10 issue.
